Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the following tasks: developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, all while adhering to Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Prior retail and/or management experience required

Physical Demands

The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $17.05 - $17.30 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
