Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Prior retail and/or management experience required
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Support the Store Manager in various tasks
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability
- Develop staff
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- All aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- In adherence with all Company policies and procedures
Physical Demands
- In excess of 8 hours of standing
- In excess of 8 hours of walking
- Climbing ladders
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
Pay
Hourly rate ranges from $14.75 - $15.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
