About the role
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They support the Store Manager in various tasks including sales, profitability, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, merchandising, and inventory control.

- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Support the Store Manager in various tasks involved in store operations
- Develop staff to ensure maximum sales and profitability
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- Manage merchandising and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Prior retail and/or management experience required
- Physical demands: Excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
