Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Prior retail and/or management experience required
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Support the Store Manager in various tasks
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability
- Develop staff
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- All aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
