- Establishes and maintains Guest Services.
- Supports the Store Manager in various tasks including but not limited to:
- Developing staff
- Controlling expenses and shrinkage
- All aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- Ensures maximum sales and profitability by adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
