• Establishes and maintains Guest Services.
• Supports the Store Manager in various tasks including but not limited to:
• Developing staff
• Controlling expenses and shrinkage
• Merchandising and inventory control
• Ensures maximum sales and profitability by adhering to all Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
