About the role

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They support the Store Manager in various tasks, including developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store
• Develops staff to ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Controls expenses and shrinkage
• Maintains merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Prior retail and/or management experience required
