Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They support the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Prior retail and/or management experience required
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Pay
Hourly rate ranges from $14.75 - $15.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Schedule
Physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
