About the role

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service and effective conflict resolution.
  • Manage and train store staff, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to implement company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in store events and community outreach programs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of retail experience.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
