Calling all conceptual thinkers, team players, and eyewear aficionados — KREWE is looking for an Assistant Store Manager – Operations to join our Flagship New Orleans team. The Assistant Store Manager – Operations is a key leader responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with KREWE’s elevated brand standards. This role partners closely with the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, inventory, shipping and receiving, visual standards, store maintenance, and back-of-house organization. In addition to owning operational excellence, this role supports the leadership, development, and performance of the store team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, detail-driven, and able to balance operational priorities with an exceptional customer and employee experience.
