The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants. Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30 am to 6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Starting at $21.50/hour + Bonus What You'll Do Rent storage unitsPrepare rental agreementsHandle monetary transactions and banking activitiesClean vacated units and general cleaning of the propertyPromote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customersLight maintenanceMaintain a working knowledge of all products and servicesMaintain general curb appealMust have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insuranceThe position requires a background checkOther duties as assigned by the Company Who We're Looking For Enjoys providing exceptional customer service while effectively selling all aspects of the rental experienceExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and as a teamAdapts to and embraces changeA terrific attitude!
