About the Role
This position involves all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining tenant relationships. No night shifts are required.
Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30 am to 6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Rent storage units
- Prepare rental agreements
- Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
- Clean vacated units and maintain general property cleanliness
- Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
- Perform light maintenance
- Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
- Ensure general curb appeal
- Other duties as assigned by the Company
Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and pass a background check.

Pay
Starting at $17.00/hour + bonus opportunities.
