About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining tenant relationships. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for problem-solving.
Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Rent storage units and prepare rental agreements
- Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
- Clean vacated units and maintain general property cleanliness
- Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
- Perform light maintenance tasks
- Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
- Ensure general curb appeal of the property
- Other duties as assigned by the Company
Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance. The position requires a background check.

Pay
Starting at $17.00/hour + bonus opportunities.
