Assistant Store Manager - Nike North Bronx

Annual base salary ranges from $76,800.00 to $115,200.00. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

Full Time – 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Using your retail expertise, you’ll drive store growth strategies and build community partnerships. Your team will look to you for encouragement, leadership, and bringing NIKE to life for customers, communities, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure seamless store operations.
• Attract, assess, and onboard future teammates to staff your store.
• Equip store employees with the tools needed to succeed in their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Drive your store’s team and business results, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership.
• Manage the product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.

Requirements

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution, employee coaching, and counseling.
• Willingness to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
