Assistant Store Manager - Nike Cypress

Responsibilities

• Leading a team to ensure all store functions run smoothly.
• Affirming store employees by attracting, assessing, and onboarding new team members.
• Equipping store employees with the tools necessary for success.
• Managing store's team and business results, including budgeting, planning, and maintaining high levels of customer service, sales, and people leadership.
• Overseeing the product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.

Requirements

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling.
• Able to work various shifts including mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
