Assistant Store Manager - Merrell

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and service-oriented Assistant Store Manager who enjoys a fun work environment. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overall store operations by maximizing sales potential, developing a cohesive and motivated sales team, controlling expenses, and maintaining high standards of customer service, product presentation, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coaching sales associates
• Creating amazing customer experiences
• Driving store revenue and profitability
• Setting operational standards
• Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements

• High School diploma (some college a plus)
• Demonstrated success in retail sales
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a key holder, including opening and closing the store
• Additional supervisory experience preferred
• Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
