Responsibilities

• Motivate and engage your team to embody the brand values every day.
• Demonstrate role model behaviors for all team members.
• Drive sales, commerciality, and maintain high standards, including adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
• Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Manage stock and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.
• Educate your team and advise customers on products.
• Create memorable experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for Wolverine brands and lifestyles.
• Self-starter and ambitious, motivated to achieve and exceed store targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent.
