Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
- Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Manage stock and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.
- Educate your team and advise customers on products.
- Create memorable experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for Wolverine brands and lifestyles.
- Self-starter and ambitious, motivated to achieve and exceed store targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent.
