Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed
• Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly
• Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Build positive relationships with regular guests
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe
• Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales
• Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards

Requirements

• 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed
