Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing the Sales Associates team.
• Drive achievement of sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Foster a high‑performing retail environment through effective team leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.50 to $32.50. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget, and may vary by geographic location.
