About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and maximizing profitability through effective management of the store team and implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures.
- Act as a positive role model to all store employees, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
- Continuously improve and develop specific management skills by taking ownership of assigned responsibilities (e.g., customer service, merchandising, operations) and managing the team.
- Perform certain Store Manager responsibilities in their absence, exercising discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day management of salespersons and key functional areas.
- Execute omni-channel services and initiatives.
