Assistant Store Manager - Jiffy Lube Multicare

About the role

As a member of the location management team, you will provide hands-on overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals. You will also help maintain an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.

This position frequently performs the functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians due to business needs, team member absences, or other factors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store team members to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Provide training, safety guidance, and motivation to teammates.
• Ensure high standards of guest service.
• Perform duties of Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians as needed.

Requirements

• Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred but not required—training is available.
