Assistant Store Manager - Jiffy Lube Multicare

About the role

As a member of the location management team, you will provide hands-on overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals. You will also help create an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.

This position frequently performs the functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians due to business needs, team member absences, or other factors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store teammates to achieve operational and financial goals
• Provide training and safety guidance to team members
• Ensure high standards of guest service
• Perform duties of Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians as needed

Requirements

• Stable work history in a physical environment
• Supervisory experience
• Current and valid driver’s license

Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred but not required—we provide training.
