Assistant Store Manager - Jiffy Lube Multicare

About the role

As a member of the location management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing "hands-on" overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meets or exceeds company goals, while ensuring an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates
• Ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals
• Maintain an energetic and fun working environment for all team members
• Frequently perform functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians as required due to business needs, team member absences, or other factors

Qualifications

• Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience
• Current and valid driver's license required

Skills

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience strongly preferred, but not required (we can train the right candidate)
