Assistant Store Manager, Full Time - Levi's Outlet® Silver Sands, Destin, Florida

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager is an integral part of the store management team. They develop the store team, contribute to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence, ensuring brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. In the absence of the Store Manager or Associate Store Manager, they assume responsibility for the store.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to grow sales and analyze data to drive revenue growth.
• Mentor and motivate team members by providing guidance and leading by example.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and uphold high standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years retail leadership experience and proven skills in coaching and training.
• Discretion, professional judgement, tact, and diplomacy.
• Collaborative role model exhibiting behaviors aligned with company culture.
• Complies with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs.
• Able to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Pay

$22.00 - $36.70 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
