Assistant Store Manager - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Assistant Store Manager supports the smooth operation of a customer-focused retail environment by assisting with staff supervision, merchandise management, and store presentation. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting them, and managing cashier functions.Help open and close the store, ensuring proper procedures are followed.Assist with employee scheduling, training, safety meetings, and enforcing company policies.Manage merchandise through receiving, stocking, restocking, rotating, and creating displays according to planograms.Maintain accurate inventory levels, control damages, markdowns, and handle paperwork and facility controls.Ensure financial integrity by overseeing cashier accountability, key control, cash handling, refunds, and deposits.Support store management in their absence, contributing to overall store success and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills, with knowledge of inventory control, cash handling, and compliance with security procedures. Ability to perform multiple functions to maximize profitability and protect assets.
