Assistant Store Manager - Full-Time

The Assistant Store Manager supports the overall operation of a well-organized, customer-focused store. They assist with supervising employees, managing merchandise presentation, and handling administrative tasks such as paperwork and deposits. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and performing stocking and cashiering duties. They help with employee scheduling, training, safety meetings, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Additionally, they manage merchandise receiving, stocking, rotation, and maintain accurate inventory levels. They assist in implementing planograms and ensure merchandise displays meet standards. Financial integrity is maintained through cash handling, key control, security practices, and cash deposit procedures. In the absence of the Store Manager, they support store management to ensure smooth operations.
