Assistant Store Manager - East Syracuse - Jiffy Lube Multicare

About the role

As a member of the location management team, the successful candidate will provide "hands-on" overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates.
• Ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals.
• Ensure an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.
• Frequently perform the functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics / Certified Technicians as required.

Requirements

• A current and valid driver's license is required.
• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience.
