Responsibilities
- Financial performance to goal
- Study KPI performance daily
- Manage a high performance team that will complement the growth of the store
- Manage controllable expenses
- Ensure customer service expectations are followed at all times
- Ensure a well recovered, clean, and organized store
Qualifications
- Christian Commitment: Must exemplify and model Christian behaviors and values and possess high levels of ethics, honesty and character.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree; 4 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a valid state driver's license and be insurable by the WRM insurance carrier.
- Must have reliable transportation.
