About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing store operations. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to understand daily, weekly, and monthly priorities, assign tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in driving sales, stock management, and service delivery.
• Inspire and manage diverse, high-performing teams.
• Execute visual merchandising directives to maintain world-class standards.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Ensure outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
• 1+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fast fashion.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices and visual standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise, clothing racks).
• Ability to squat, kneel, or access under-storage bins during visual resets.
• Ability to safely use ladders, step stools, or raised platforms for required tasks.
