About the role
Cosmo Prof is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role supports the Store Manager in managing all store operations, ensuring optimal customer experiences, and maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
30% Brand: Supervise and plan associate activities to maximize sales and customer loyalty. Ensure brand standards are met and resolve customer issues.
30% People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve business objectives. Manage team performance and maintain positive relations.
30% Operations: Execute company processes, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with store procedures. Support digital strategies and analyze store trends.
10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe store environment, enforce policies, and protect company assets. Analyze and utilize available reporting tools.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience
At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience
Ability to lead or support a team
Effective communication skills
Scheduling availability to meet business needs
