Assistant Store Manager - Bilingual Spanish/English - Imlay City, MI (AT&T Authorized Retailer - Prime Wireless)

Prime Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, inspire the sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve outstanding sales results. This role is ideal for a top-performing wireless sales representative or retail supervisor ready to step up, co-captain a store, and maximize earning potential.
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
- Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance
- Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty
Requirements
- Retail wireless sales experience preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon)
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/streaming services
- Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth
Pay
$25.00 - $40.00/hour (hourly pay + commission + incentives)
