Assistant Store Manager - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - Washington Square Mall

About the role

Join us at Banter by Piercing Pagoda as an Assistant Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. Your role will involve assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets, fostering a culture of customer satisfaction, and developing your team members' skills and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team member standards to achieve sales and profit projections
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation
• Recruit and select new team members
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a jeweler or specialty retailer setting
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
