Assistant Store Manager - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - Town Center at Aurora

About the role

We are seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join our team at Banter by Piercing Pagoda. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to positively impact many lives and contribute to an environment of total customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation
• Recruit and select team members
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures
• Perform other operational and strategic duties

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends

Total Rewards

• Base pay: $16.50 – $23.10 plus commission on sales
