Responsibilities

• Aid the Store Manager in maintaining high standards and achieving sales and profit targets
• Create and maintain an environment of total customer satisfaction
• Train and evaluate team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques
• Recruit and select new team members
• Enforce and follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a jewelry or specialty retailer setting
• Experience with operating POS terminals and scanners
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of software and hardware
• Ability to interpret and understand various instructions
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
