Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Banter by Piercing Pagoda. This role offers dynamic career paths and opportunities to impact lives positively.

Responsibilities

• Aid the Store Manager in achieving daily sales and profit targets
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and team member performance
• Train and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge
• Recruit and select new team members
• Enforce and follow Company policies and procedures
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a jewelry or specialty retailer setting
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer skills
• Ability to interpret instructions and perform tasks independently
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
