Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store operations
- Schedule employees for shifts
- Resolve store issues including customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements
- Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise
- Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions
- Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment
- One year of experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation preferred
