Job Specifications Starting Wage: $25.00 - $28.60 /hr Employment Type: Year Round (11-month) Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities Generate sales, demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest serviceAssist Store Manager in maintaining an enthusiastic and professional standard of guest serviceProvide training resources for employees in POS, product knowledge, guest service, and salesAdminister company policies and guidelinesAssist Store Manager in communicating company values and goals to the employeesAssist Store Manager in monitoring and controlling a daily payroll budgetMaintain merchandising and cleanliness standardsManage inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goalsEnforce company cash handling and other Loss Prevention policies and proceduresRecruit and assist in maintaining a quality core staffRemain current on new industry products and trends; demonstrate knowledge of productsProtect company assets through loss prevention techniquesMaintain all company paperwork according to policies and standards. Job Requirements A minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience - preferredA minimum of 1 year of ski / snowboard rental management experience - preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent - requiredProficient in Microsoft Office applications - requiredAbility to communicate frequently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English - requiredExcellent communications skills both written and verbalSelf-motivated with the ability to multi-taskFamiliarity with rental and retail POS system - preferredMust be a team player and be able to handle fast paced stressful environmentPossess the desire to offer the highest customer service standards to guests The expected pay range is $25.00 - $28.60 /hr.
