About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of three self-storage facilities in the Chandler, AZ area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction (online, over the phone, and in person), maximizing rental occupancy, and maintaining the overall performance and cleanliness of all assigned locations. You will be primarily measured on your ability to drive high occupancy across the portfolio through both customer retention and new customer acquisition.
