      • Comfortable Utilizing Online Computer Systems
      • Basic Keyboarding for Invoicing and Reporting
    • Physical Stamina
      • Ability to Work Outdoors in Various Weather Conditions
      • Stand for Long Periods
      • Routine Lift 50–75 lbs
    • Bilingual Skills
      • Spoken Fluency in Spanish
