Essentials For Life In Paradise

• 3+ years of retail experience
• 2+ years management team supervision experience
• Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts
• Experience coaching and developing a team
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Natural collaborator with ability to analyze reports and make adjustments
• College Degree in Business or related field
• Willingness to perform other duties as required

Physical Requirements

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
• Climbing ladders – occasionally
• Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Pay

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget. Rate Range: $20.00 or minimum wage - $35.00/hr
