Assistant Store Manager

The Vitamin Shoppe is looking for engaged, energetic Assistant Store Managers to help lead a team of high-performing Health Enthusiasts® in guiding customers on the path to lifelong wellness. Responsibilities

• Act as direct support to the Store Manager, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting the team.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
• Foster external community relationships to help grow sales.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.
• Support company-driven training initiatives and participate in continuous learning activities.
• Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of receipts, and keep shelves stocked and products priced correctly.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and potential location changes based on business needs.
• A valid driver’s license.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Pay

The wage for this position is based on role requirements, skill set, years of experience, and organizational needs. The estimated range is $20.75 – $22.50 per hour, plus a competitive monthly bonus.
