The Vitamin Shoppe is looking for engaged, energetic Assistant Store Managers to help lead a team of high-performing Health Enthusiasts® in guiding customers on the path to lifelong wellness. Responsibilities
- Act as direct support to the Store Manager, executing with excellence.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting the team.
- Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
- Foster external community relationships to help grow sales.
- Lead with integrity and accountability.
- Support continuous education and company-driven training initiatives.
- Maintain store upkeep, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of receipts, and keep shelves stocked and products priced.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and varying locations based on business needs.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 3–5 years of retail experience.
- Retail management experience preferred.
