Assistant Store Manager

Role Overview The Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations at self-storage locations, working under the guidance of the District and Store Managers. Responsibilities Include Building customer relationships and providing tailored storage solutions.Maximizing sales through unit rentals, insurance, and supplies.Maintaining high cleanliness standards and site safety through regular inspections and maintenance.Handling customer concerns related to billing, security, and site usage.Managing cash transactions, balancing receipts, and processing payments.Fostering a professional environment and performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills At least 1 year of customer-facing work experience; sales experience preferred.Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (except in NYC and Brooklyn).High school diploma or GED; college experience a plus.Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and outdoor work.
