Key Responsibilities
- Support store operations during assigned shifts
- Lead, coach, and support store partners
- Ensure excellent customer service and product quality
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Aid with scheduling, training, and performance management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience (retail or restaurant)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
