- Coach, train, and role play to develop team
- Achieve sales and services goals, profit margin, and store operations execution

- Assist with delegating operational tasks in partnership with the GM
- Shared responsibility for total store operations and cost control as well as acting as Floor Leader
- Champion company initiatives, adaptability, and flexibility to change and responsibilities
- Review results against business goals and strategies and deliver plans for growth and improvement
