Role: Assistant Store Manager responsible for supporting daily operations across multiple self-storage locations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Build customer relationships, identify storage needs, drive sales through rentals and supplies, perform site maintenance, conduct safety inspections, resolve customer concerns, handle transactions, and maintain professional team relationships. Qualifications: 1+ year of customer-facing experience, sales experience preferred, valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access, high school diploma or GED (college preferred). Skills & Requirements: Strong communication, reliability, ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs.), and adapt to indoor and outdoor environments.
