Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager at O'Reilly Auto Parts supports the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the store team in providing excellent customer service.
- Serving as a backup during the Store Manager's absence or when working opposing shifts.
- Assisting the Store Manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
- Aiding in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with management.
- Maintaining the store environment, including handling customer returns and exchanges, and ensuring merchandise is properly invoiced.
- Performing store opening and closing duties, such as verifying and securing money, preparing bank deposits, and ensuring security measures are in place.
- Maintaining the store's physical appearance and equipment.

Pay
