Qualifications

- Technical or trade school courses or degree completion in automotive after-market service industry or hobby/DIY world
- Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships
- Fast-paced and complex environment experience
- Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
- Able to lift 60 lbs in some situations
