Responsibilities

  • Supports the Store Manager in ensuring smooth store operations.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service.
  • Maintains merchandising standards.
  • Adheres to operational procedures.
  • Drives sales performance.
  • Supports the Store Manager by mentoring trainee associates.
  • Achieves sales targets.
  • Drives business growth.
  • Manages inventory levels.
  • Processes shipments, handles damages and returns, and manages supplies.
  • Assists in the recruitment process for store talent.
  • Trains, staffs, and retains employees.
  • Supports the Store Manager with all administrative tasks.
  • Ensures the store remains in top condition.
  • Communicates insights and feedback to the Store Manager.
  • Works closely with the Store Manager and Loss Prevention Team to address internal and external shrink.
  • Achieves sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring, and offering constructive feedback to the sales team.
  • Manages cash-handling tasks.
  • Creates a clean, safe environment for both associates and customers.

  • Capable of delivering constructive feedback.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven successful experience in retail management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
  • Ability to travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.
