Responsibilities
- Supports the Store Manager in ensuring smooth store operations.
- Delivers exceptional customer service.
- Maintains merchandising standards.
- Adequately adheres to operational procedures.
- Drives sales performance.
- Supports the Store Manager by mentoring trainee associates.
- Achieves sales targets.
- Drives business growth.
- Manages inventory levels.
- Processes shipments, handles damages and returns, and manages supplies.
- Assists in the recruitment process for store talent, training, staffing, and retention.
- Supports the Store Manager with all administrative tasks.
- Ensures the store remains in top condition and adheres to visual merchandising standards.
- Delivers constructive feedback to promote growth and continuous improvement.
- Works closely with the Store Manager and Loss Prevention Team to address shrinkage.
- Achieves sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring, and offering feedback to the sales team.
- Manages cash-handling tasks.
- Ensures a clean, safe environment for both associates and customers.
Requirements
- Proven successful experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
- Ability to travel between locations is required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related fields is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.
